Conviction: Convey Value with Confidence

We are moving people from Fan to Buyer, so we looked at where confidence breaks down when it’s time to close a sale. What happens when buyers show real interest in person. What are the pricing conversations and the moments where you’re not sure what to say or do next?

The conversation revealed a common gap: believing in your work but struggling to convey its value when someone’s ready to buy. We talked about preparation strategies, how to handle different buyer interactions, and what it takes to feel confident naming your price.

We also looked ahead to Closing + Reflection (December) and the topics that are coming up between now and then.

Reflect on the Lessons

You’ve explored how to introduce yourself with clarity and confidence—whether online, in person, or in writing. You’ve reviewed how your presence is conveyed visually and verbally, and how that aligns with the identity you’ve been refining.

We also had two live feedback sessions for personal help.

How does it feel to talk about your work now? Are you communicating with confidence, or still holding back?

In this Lab, you’ll check in on your progress and how your message is landing. You’ll also get a preview of what’s ahead, so you can start approaching pricing conversations with more clarity and self-assurance—not just what to charge, but how to back it up.
