HAVE THESE THINGS HANDY

  • Your current email list size
  • A log of the emails you’ve sent to your whole list in 2026 (date and subject line), plus open and click-through rates if you have them
  • The in-person events, openings, or networking opportunities you’ve attended so far this year
  • A list of shows or exhibitions you’ve done or committed to in 2026
  • Your current income streams and rough income from each — just the numbers, nothing to assess yet
  • Your website open in a browser tab

I mentioned an older blog post about venue hierarchy. While that information has been folded into one of the lessons in Essentials, this is the gist of it. There are always exceptions, and everything depends on your goals.
